You can reset your password here. Please check your spam if the password reset email does not appear in your inbox within 5 minutes of resetting.

How do I access all Premium News articles online?

You can sign up to a free 14 day trial and get unlimited access to all our news by visiting our sign up page here.

I am unable to log in to the website/I keep getting logged out

If you have an issue logging into our website with the correct username and password, it is first worth clearing cache and cookies in your browser for our site. If the issue persists. please get in touch using the form below.

To clear our site cookies (without your other data):

Chrome:

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
    At the top right, click More Settings.
  2. Click Privacy and security Cookies and other site data.
  3. Click See all site data and permissions.
  4. At the top right, search for Shephard’s website's name.
  5. To the right of the site, click Remove.
  6. To confirm, click Clear.


Firefox:

  1. Open Firefox browser, click the Options icon at the upper-right corner, and choose Privacy & Security.
  2. Scroll down to find Cookies and Site Data section, and click Manage Data button.
  3. Select the target site, click Remove Selected, and click Save Changes button. Click Yes in the pop-up window to clear cache for this site.

Edge:

  1. In Edge, select Settings and more > Settings > Cookies and site permissions. Under Cookies and data stored, select Manage and delete cookies and site data > See all cookies and site data and search for the site whose cookies you want to delete.
How do I cancel my Premium News subscription?

You can cancel your subscription any time during your free trial by visiting your Order History within your Account (here) and not be charged.

Where do I update my billing details for Premium News?

We have temporarily disabled the ability for users to update their billing details in the My Account section on the site. Please contact us by using the form on this page and a member of our team will be in touch to assist in updating your card details.
