How do I access all Premium News articles online and in Shephard's app?

You can sign up to a free 14 day trial and get unlimited access to all our news by visiting our sign up page here.

I am unable to log in to the website

If you have an issue logging into our website with the correct username and password, it is first worth clearing cache and cookies in your browser for our site. If the issue persists. please get in touch.

How can I update my Daily News Alert preferences?

You can add or remove your news alert preferences by clicking here.

How do I cancel my Premium News subscription?

You can cancel your subscription any time during your free trial by visiting your Order History within your Account (here) and not be charged.

Where do I update my billing details for Premium News?

We have temporarily disabled the ability for users to update their billing details in the My Account section on the site. Please contact us by using the form on this page and a member of our team will be in touch to assist in updating your card details.

How do I pay for a Handbook via Bank Transfer?

We currently do not offer bank transfer via our shop. Please contact us stating which handbooks you wish to purchase.
